The staff at the front desk were not only courteous but went above and beyond when I encountered a billing issue, ensuring a smooth resolution. With its comprehensive offerings, including a fitness center and a welcoming atmosphere for pets, the Heathman is a strong choice for business travelers seeking a functional yet comfortable retreat.
